About Aria
Five years of teaching has helped me sharpen how I explain the fretboard. I am a Berklee College of Music graduate with a Bachelor of Music in Guitar. Working as a mobile teacher means I bring my gear directly to your living room. I cover everything from lead guitar and fingerpicking to reading sheet music.
You will see me demonstrate power chords and barre chords during our time together. I also emphasize ear training and reading tabs to make sure you hear what you play. My approach is pretty relaxed but keeps a structure underneath to ensure progress. It is just how things go.

Performing your favorite songs is the most effective way to grasp the mechanics of the instrument. I connect your guitar work with your voice because that is how you will actually perform them. My degree from Berklee provides the technical foundation for performance focused students, absolute beginners, and working professionals.
We will build those blues progressions and lead guitar chops while keeping the vibe light and jokey. I bring my guitar and occasionally a portable amp to make the setup process smooth for you. Are you ready to start playing the songs that you actually like?
