About Kyle

I graduated from my BEng 2019 with a First Class Honours. I am now currently working towards my professional accreditation of 'Chartered Engineer' with scope to complete a PhD.

Since successfully graduating I have went on to work with one of the most sought after companies in the North East in a professional capacity as an Engineer.

I have a wealth of experience working with children and teens of all ages, volunteering for 3 years with my local scout group, Kumon experience for 2 years while in school, recently running various sporting clubs for children out of a school, as well as tutoring for nearly 5 years.

Whether it is pre-calculus or advanced algebra, preparing for SATS or your A-Levels, I am confident I can help you reach your potential.

About the lesson

I graduated 2019 with a First Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering from Northumbria University and have since been working as an Automotive Engineer.

I am friendly, patient and methodical in my planning and teaching of lessons, tailored to each individual and their specific needs. While this sounds dull I assure you I try to keep my lessons as interactive and imaginative as possible (using air rockets to teach trigonometry is a favourite!) keeping students engaged and looking forward to the next session.

I am confident of my ability to not only help you attain your goals in mathematical/physics/engineering related subjects, but also show you that not all maths is boring!

Any specific needs or wishes of the student are welcome to be discussed before hand and accommodated for during lessons if need be.

Kyle is a fantastic tutor!!! He took me from failing my night-class-math at GCSE level to achieving an A and all the way up to a B at A-Level (which is something I never though I would be able to achieve!) He was patient and understanding all the way through, even sending me extra material and instructions outside of lesson time and checking up on how I was getting on. Thank you Kyle!

Kyle helped tutor son who was struggling with the transition from year 9 to year 10 maths. He was always on time, turned up with great material and lessons prepared and over the course of two years helped my son achieve a Level 8 in GCSE Maths! Cannot recommend him enough!

Entry level rates begin at £10 for Primary education.

Rates increase to £20 an hour for GCSE & A level - depending on level of attention and detail needed.
