About Darren

I have been into magic for over 40 years.
I have performed all over the world as a Magician and Entertainer.
I have performed on TV.
At the O2 Arena.
Worked at Harrods and Hamleys.
5 star Hotels and Luxury Cruise ships.

I ran my own Children's Entertainment business for several years, which I eventually sold to progress onto cruise work and corporate functions.
Having being employed by Azamara Cruises as a Magician across the full fleet of ships,I soon discovered my favourite part of the job wasn't the shows, wasn't showing people magic up close, it was the teaching I got the biggest buzz from, the most excitement, the most fun.
Now I want to continue this amazing journey ...

About the lesson

I have taught magic to hundreds of guests, onboard world Cruises, every Nationality, every age, every skill level.
It's all about having fun!
Enjoying yourself.
It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner with absolutely no prior knowledge of Magic or if you are already an experienced or established Magician, let's have a chat and see what I can do to help!?
My brain works differently from most other Magicians. I don't follow the usual trends.
I don't like boring stuff, counting cards, adding numbers, endless dealing of cards....
You will definitely take something away, something you can use, a new skill, a new hobby, passion, a sense of creativity, or just something you can show your friends in the pub, or family around the table.
How far you want to take it is up to you.
Anything is achievable.
