Im a fitness fanatic who has a degree in mathematics. Living in London!
I like to paint and sketch still life in my free time (when I’m not in the gym that is!)
I was on the weakest link many moons ago and I was the strongest link twice !

I am a head chef and restaurateur who has recently sold my restaurant of 6 years.
I have catered for birthdays, weddings, wakes and christenings alike for over the past 10 years and still retain a lot of my customers till this day.
I have catered in festivals such as:

I specialise in Afro Caribbean, however I also make oriental and traditional English cuisines for the companies/events I cater for.
I’ve had contracts with the local private schools around my restaurant where I have catered their events such as:

I’m HS Level 3 Certified with full enhanced DBS.

I teach the fundamentals of cooking and how to simplify methods and adapt approaches across dishes.
I also teach on how to reduce wastage by conjuring up quick and easy meals with leftover/unwanted ingredients.
I also teach (for those interested) about how to go into the business side of cooking. My restaurant started from a Snapchat concept to 2 high street restaurants. I know what it takes.
