About Matyas
I am an experienced Chef who has been working in different outlets in the last 15 years (pubs, restaurants, chain restaurants and hotels of all sizes) where I have managed numbers of Chefs. Teaching and tutoring always inspired me, but wanted to give my extra touch without all the dry knowledge. My aim is to help people get confident, be healthy, be safe, and enjoy cooking at home. In my opinion home prepared meals are vital for the everyday balance. Essential knowledge helps you to be more independent and organised.
