Hi, I have been sick for a few years now and had just been living with it as the doctors I had been too could only give me medication to help me with my symptoms but couldn't give me anything that actually made me better. Tom helped me reduce my period pains, by helping me reduce the inflammation in my body, he did this by teaching me which foods to avoid and which supplements to take. Not only this but he taught me the affects of these foods and supplements which gave me a reason to not eat them or a reason to take them, I find its much easier to stick a plan when I know the exact reason why I'm doing something.
