About Viktoriia
Hello! I’m Viktoriia, a certified ITEC Level 3 Yoga Instructor and proud member of Yoga Alliance, teaching yoga since 2019. With over 5 years of experience guiding both online and in-person classes, I help people of all ages and levels reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and restore inner balance. My approach is gentle, mindful, and deeply supportive — blending traditional techniques with modern understanding of anatomy, breathwork, and emotional awareness. Whether you’re recovering from stress, looking to improve flexibility, or craving a deeper connection to yourself, you’re welcome in my space. Why practice with me? Each yoga session with me is a personalized journey designed to support your unique needs — whether you’re a complete beginner or a regular practitioner. I guide you through a mindful blend of breath-work, gentle movement, deep stretches, and relaxation, always with a strong focus on body awareness and nervous system regulation. Teaching Style & Methods: • Gentle and intuitive, trauma-informed • Integration of meditation, visualization, and grounding techniques • Attention to posture, alignment, and emotional release • Available in English, Ukrainian, and Russian Lesson Length: • Typically 60 minutes (custom times available for private clients) • Longer 75–90 minute sessions for deeper work or small group classes Who My Lessons Are For: • Beginners seeking safe, welcoming guidance • Adults healing from stress, trauma, or emotional burnout • Pregnant and postnatal women • People recovering from injuries or stiffness • Anyone wanting to reconnect with their body and inner calm Experience as a Tutor: • Teaching since 2019, both online and in person • Certified with ITEC Level 3 Yoga Teaching Diploma • Yoga Alliance member • Background in physical education and holistic healing • Taught in studios, hotels, wellness centers, and private homes in Ireland and Ukraine
