About Courtney
Hello! My name is Courtney.
I have been teaching for 3 years after graduating with Honours and a Faculty Medal from the University of Newcastle. Though I specialise in Health and Physical Education, I am also experienced in teaching PDHPE, Mathematics and Science in Special Education. Outside of teaching, I am a Triathlon Coach and athlete. I am incredibly passionate about health and fitness and strive to educate and empower others to lead balanced, fulfilling lives.
I offer lessons for students years 7-12 in PDHPE, across all subjects for Life Skills students, Health and Physical Education university students and endurance sport coaching for all.

My teaching, coaching and tutoring philosophy is to create a supportive, empowering environment to allow anyone, of any ability to experience personal success.
I am a teacher of Health and Physical Education (Honours), but also experienced in Special Education (PDHPE, Maths and Science Life Skills). I am also a certified Triathlon Coach and conduct online, individualised programming for endurance sports.
Online, 60 minute sessions (via Zoom) for any age or ability.
