I simply demonstrate & explain. Allow my student to attempt the stretch or exercise. I give positive feedback & give adjustments in a positive way if needed. Articulating the movements as well as doing the movements is a great way to lead a positive exercise session with your student.
I am a certified yoga instructor. I have been practicing yoga stretches for 9 years, since I was 16. I have been keeping up with my health and exercise for 7 years, since I was 18. It brings joy to my life when I am able to share health & wellness light with others.
