About Michael
I became a life coach/mentor/tutor because I wanted to give my life genuine purpose and meaning. What I do is completely aligned with my values, skill set, passions, and personal attributes. I’ve integrated into my approach knowledge of subjects I have studied over the years that are the bedrock of personal development and self-improvement; health, fitness, wellbeing, spirituality, and the human mind. More importantly, it’s time for me to give back, and be of service. My understandings and misadventures equip me to support people going through periods of change and redirection. It’s a rewarding way for me to use my eclectic knowledge, varied skill set and personal attributes for the betterment of people and planet. It was a no-brainer!

I am not your typical tutor, My background is entrepreneurship and business but what I do offer is vast life experience and knowledge. I am also a certified Life coach and holistic health and wellbeing coach. I have learned the skills and techniques that have allowed me and my clients to operate at higher levels in whatever subject they are studying, whatever work they do or anything they wish to endeavour.
I will teach Meditation, stress management, healthy habit forming, nutrition, daily time structure, exercise, weight loss and how to keep your life in balance.
Health and wellness is the cornerstone of any success in life and an essential part of hitting our life goals.
