I’m deeply passionate about cooking and baking, and I believe in doing it in a way that’s both creative and joyful. For me, the beauty of food lies in its ability to nourish the body and mind, and I love showing others how to enjoy cooking without the pressure of perfection. I focus on the fun of experimenting with ingredients and flavors, where the only real "planning" is having a variety of ingredients ready to go.

I teach online or in your kitchen, at a café, where you feel comfortable and know how to work around your equipment and such; focusing on food, ingredients, spices, and their deeper connection to both your body and mindset. We explore intuitive eating and cooking, learning to listen to your body’s signals, and how to cook with joy and creativity.
I can assist you in achieving your weight goals, whether you're aiming to gain or lose weight, through a personalized diet plan. This can complement your workout routine, though it's also effective if you're not currently exercising. I've had experience working with clients in gym settings, where we developed tailored workout plans along with customized nutrition strategies to help them reach their goals.
With my background in teaching volunteers in kitchens, guiding friends on nutritional changes, and cooking for various dietary needs, I bring practical, hands-on experience to the table. I’ve prepared meals in line with specific dietary conditions, always ensuring that my clients understand the nutritional value and composition of their meals.
Each lesson typically lasts 60 minutes, providing ample time to cover both theory and practical skills. I work with students of all ages and levels—whether you’re new to cooking, want to refine your nutrition knowledge, or explore intuitive eating.
