About Lauren
I have a background in Kinesiology, Psychology and Human Behaviour as a result of my own love for learning, but often being met with my own procrastination. I tried the "just do it" method, but eventually burnt out or hated it. I quickly realised learning something efficiently and effectively, involves more than just action or positive thinking. Other than the simple joy of sharing what I've learnt, I've happily patiently educated my parents as they've navigated their own technological learnings over the years, as well as co-workers and friends.

Learning a new skill can feel overwhelming, which is why I've combined my professional skills to support stress-free, efficient learning. Having worked with clients for over 18 years, my approach is logical, gentle and progressive, using behavioural therapy and human psychology methods. Lesson length is 60 minutes, and suited to those who experience overwhelm and anxiety with what they desire/require to learn.
