About Emma
I am a Health Psychologist (MSc) specialising in Health behaviour change and motivational interviewing. I graduated from the University of the West of England, Bristol with an MSc in Health Psychology, and IADT Dun Laoghaire with a BSc in Applied Psychology which I achieved a first class honours grade. I have been offering behaviour change and treatment intervention services for one year.

My classes are bachsed on health psychology theory and evidence based research. The key emphasis is on practice based learning. Each student will learn from helping their peers achieve health behaviour goals, which allow students gain transferable skills which can be used in any area of behaviour change. Eg: weight loss, smoking cessation, dietary interventions.
