Hello, my name is Malaikah, and I am a dedicated tutor specialising in GCSE and A Level Maths, Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), and English. I am passionate about helping students reach their full potential by making challenging subjects clear, approachable, and even enjoyable. About the lesson

My Approach to Tutoring I believe that every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to each individual’s needs. My focus is on building a strong understanding of the subject, not just memorising facts, so students can approach exam questions with confidence. I use clear explanations, step-by-step problem solving, and plenty of practice to strengthen both knowledge and exam technique. Teaching Methodology 1. Break down complex topics into simple, manageable steps 2. Use examples and past-paper practice to link theory with application 3. Encourage students to ask questions and develop independent learning skills 4. Track progress regularly and adapt lessons to suit areas that need improvement Lesson Length Typically, lessons last 1 hour, though longer sessions can be arranged for exam preparation or intensive study. Qualifications & Experience I am experienced in tutoring GCSE and A Level Maths, all three Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), and English. I have helped students of varying abilities improve their grades and confidence, with a focus on exam success and long-term understanding.
