About Maham
I am a Masters student and I began my journey as a private tutor as a student peer tutor at college and since then I have garnered more than 10 years of pedagogical experience imparting essential knowledge and educational skills to innumerable students.
As a student myself I valued the importance of teaching skills and realized the difference between good and great teaching lay in patience combined with a friendly approach. Owing to my years of experience as a private tutor I have learnt to establish a sound teaching framework that can be adapted to the needs of every student.
I believe that studying does not have to be a difficult process, but rather an interesting one. I aim to motivate students into maximizing their learning capacities and achieving academic excellence by providing a supportive learning experience.

I have taught multiple subjects with a main focus around Math, English and Sciences to diverse age groups (7-16 yrs) ranging from primary school children to secondary level students through my simplistic and friendly teaching dynamic.
I use a personalized approach for introducing key concepts to students by adjusting lesson materials and plans to match with every student's abilities which helps them to advance further with ease. A lesson usually lasts about 45 minutes to an hour maximum where I initiate by reviewing a student's current knowledge on the topic and then move on to explaining the basic topic structure before revising key elements at the end of every lesson.
