Next we will discuss your weaknesses when it comes to food, this is key for preparing for emergency situations where you might "fall off the wagon" and we will discuss how to prevent it or get back on.
Following this we can discuss the support and coaching needed for your accountability and other ways that will help you to stay on track.
I like to keep discussions fairly lighthearted and empowering so that you always believe in your ability to change.
The key is that you feel empowered, motivated and inspired to carry on toward your goal.
I have been vegan since 2013 and it has changed my life. I transitioned to this lifestyle from a standard western diet and prefer to eat raw foods. I have travelled to South East Asia in search of the best tropical, nutrient dense foods and have a lot of passion for living as close to nature as possible. I'm currently studying a raw vegan nutrition course and want to help guide you on your journey into veganism and healthy eating.
