About Sarra
I am a feeder!
I have always loved to cook and after a ten-year battle with an eating disorder I have found great joy in food once more.
It still astounds me the power food has to make you feel crappy or great, mentally and physically.
I am so passionate about sharing the skills needed to cook delicious, nutritious plant-based food - everyone benefits, people, animals and the planet!

Everyone will come to cooking class with different starting points and requirements, therefore each class is individually tailored to create a bespoke experience.
Classes range from 1-4 hours, you will have plenty of time to ask all your questions and enjoy yourself!
I have over 30 years of experience in catering from running a café to market stalls and a bright green juice van. I have taught plant-based healthy eating workshops in schools and at retreats. I am trained in nutrition and alongside my private chef work I coach people.
