About Natasha
I am a certified High Heels dance educator, dancer, and choreographer. I have completed a professional High Heels dance and teaching academy in Greece (High Heels Intensive Training) and have trained through additional workshops with Claire Karipidaki, Kayla Brenda, Kiira Harper, Aahkilah, Yanis Marshall, Anthony Nahkle, Haley Messick, PowerPumps, and many others.
With over 10 years of experience on stage and in the studio, my approach blends technique, emotion, and strength. I believe heels dance is not just a style, but a discipline that builds confidence, self-expression, and body control. Through my classes, I like to create a safe, empowering space where every woman can reconnect with herself, discover her power, and move with intention. I am also an official partner of multiple heels dance camp events and a Joheela Shoes ambassador.

My teaching approach is structured and progressive, and I adjust depending on your level and character. I have a strong focus on confidence, balance, and safety in heels. I break movements down step by step, explain technique clearly, and adapt each class for online learning via Zoom.
Lessons include a short warm-up, technique drills, simple choreography, and individual feedback, creating a supportive, no-pressure environment where students can build control, expression, and confidence at their own pace.
Who is this for:
- Beginners and intermediate dancers
- Anyone new to heels or wanting stronger technique or learn a new choreo
- People returning to dance after a break
- Students with no professional dance background
- Those who prefer a supportive, confidence-building approach and personal transformation
- Heels optional at the beginning (modifications provided)

- I loved teaching the class. Stephen did amazing, he picked up on the choreo and in the end he did great on the improvisation part. He came fully prepared for class and I enjoyed every bit of it!Natasha's response :

Natasha’s workshops are not just an experience, but a wave of emotions that left me eagerly anticipating our next meeting. Natasha is much more than a high heels dance choreographer and teacher — she has an incredible energy and knows how to create a safe place where she can draw out your creativity, no matter your level.
With Natasha, you will learn so much more than dance. You’ll have the opportunity to start from the basics, like walking in high heels, and move into choreography — but also dive into deeper and more essential things, such as how to be creative and free, how to believe in your presence, own the space and your emotions, boldly express your unique version of yourself, and confidently tell your story.
Natasha is an excellent choice and an inspiration you should bring into your life!I first met her during her visit to Thessaloniki, Greece, when she was connecting with the local dance community. At the time, I was attending a dance studio she visited and working at several dance events where she was attending. What started as a simple introduction quickly turned into a meaningful friendship over the years. Watching her both as a teacher and as a person has been a truly inspiring experience.
What I appreciate most about her teaching methods is how open, attentive, and genuinely caring she is. She has a rare ability to meet you exactly where you are — whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced dancer — and make you feel seen and understood. She doesn’t teach in a one-size-fits-all way. Instead, she adapts to your needs, your level, and even your personality. She creates a safe environment where you feel comfortable trying, making mistakes, and growing. That kind of atmosphere builds real confidence.
She doesn’t just focus on technique; she focuses on mindset. She encourages you to trust yourself, to believe in your abilities, and to work steadily toward your goals. Her feedback is always constructive, honest, and motivating. You leave her classes not only with improved skills, but with a stronger belief in yourself.
Being around her makes you want to do better — not because you feel pressured, but because you feel supported. She genuinely trusts in your potential, sometimes even before you fully see it yourself. That trust makes all the difference.
I wholeheartedly recommend her to any student who wants not only to improve technically, but to grow in confidence, expression, and self-belief. She is not just a wonderful teacher — she is someone who truly cares about the people she works with.I know Natasha from the classes we’ve had together and through her training, and she is truly exceptional. She is also the number one most consistent trainee across international workshops, which says a lot about her dedication, discipline, and passion for growth.
She is a highly skilled, patient, and encouraging teacher who genuinely cares about her students’ progress and confidence. What makes Natasha stand out is her ability to adapt her teaching style to each person’s level and goals. She explains techniques clearly, gives supportive feedback, and creates a positive atmosphere where learning feels natural and enjoyable.
I’ve personally seen how she helps students grow not only in their dance skills but also in their self-confidence. She is professional, reliable, and deeply committed to her craft.
I highly recommend Natasha to anyone looking for a dedicated and inspiring dance teacher who brings out the best in every student.View more recommendations
