Hello everyone my Name is Sohail Shaikh i am 24 years old and im an American Counsil on Exercise Certified Personal fitness trainer transforming people's body for over 5 years now. My love for fitness started wheni was in high school, i was a state level athlete as well as a football player so i learn the importance of dedication and commitment toward fitness and how proper diet and exercise can make people healthy not just from outside but from the inside as well.
