About Katja
Hi! I'm Katja, I've been playing guitar for about a decade and I've enjoyed teaching beginner tutoring for some time now! My dad taught me originally, and I've taken many classes and used to play with a few groups for a short time. Teaching and tutoring is quite fun, and challenging in a way that just playing guitar isn't!

I'm going to be right there with you to make sure you're maximizing the growth you can achieve with the exercises, and I am pretty gentle yet firm with how I teach and guide to better technique. My goal is to challenge you just a little beyond where you're comfortable, and once you're comfortable with that, that means you're ready to move on to the next step.
