My teaching approach is to be your listening ear. I will listen to you vent about your feelings, and then we can assess them, and work on techniques to manage these feelings. Stress, anxiety, and depression is something that gets to us all, and I’d love to help you manage them.
I’ve been looking into psychology and therapy for a long time, and have experience with both. I enjoy helping people and being an outlet. I’ve personally been going to therapy for 5 years now, and it really helps to have someone to talk to.
