Hello, I'm Sujata.
I am a certified yoga instructor with six years of teaching experience. Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping people improve their health, flexibility, strength, and overall well-being through yoga.
I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. My classes are designed for beginners as well as intermediate learners.
