About Hailey

I’m a native Vietnamese speaker based in England, and I really enjoy helping people learn in a relaxed and supportive way. I’ve worked in customer-focused roles for several years, so I’m used to communicating clearly and adapting to different people and learning styles.

I decided to teach Vietnamese because I love sharing my language and culture, and I find it really rewarding to see someone gain confidence and actually enjoy the learning process. I know Vietnamese can feel challenging at first, so I always try to keep lessons simple, practical, and encouraging.

My goal is not just to teach you the language, but to help you feel comfortable using it in real life

I’ve spent years working in people-focused roles, so I’m used to adapting to different personalities and making communication clear and easy. I know Vietnamese can feel a bit intimidating at first (especially the tones), but I’ll break things down simply and support you step by step.

My lessons focus on:

Real-life conversations (so you can actually use what you learn)
Pronunciation and tones (without the stress)
Building your confidence at your own pace

Whether you’re learning for travel, work, or just because you love Vietnamese culture (or food), I’ll tailor the lessons to suit you.

Being based in England, I also understand the challenges English speakers face when learning Vietnamese, so I can explain things in a way that really makes sense.

I’m friendly, patient, and easy to talk to — no pressure, just steady progress and a bit of fun along the way.
