I knew Prof Nwaopara well over 25 years ago while I was in medical school. He taught me anatomy in my preclinical years. His grasp of anatomy endeared him to many of us students. He would go out of his way outside of normal class lectures to teach students. He is one of those rare teachers that embody the subjects they teach. He is patient with students and lives and breathes anatomy! He is indeed a Superprof!

Professor Nwaopara is the best anatomy teacher I have met in my career. I was his student from 2012-2014. As a student in the Faculty of Basic Medical Science, where I took courses in anatomy for 2 years, I did not only learn theoretical anatomy but practical-based anatomy, for which I gained the knowledge and anatomical skills that have become indispensable in my practice as a public health expert. Prof. is an epitome of humility and selfless service. Furthermore, his attention to detail stands out among his peers. My first encounter with Uncle T was during my first degree. He was very vibrant and innovative. I’ve known Prof Nwaopara for over 10years now. He was my Lecturer in my undergraduate years and since then remained a mentor and my teacher.
