About Megan

I am a university student currently studying Social Policy, Crime and Criminal Justice at the University or York.

I have loved tutoring over the past couple of years because it brings me great joy to see my students progress and gain confidence in not only their subject but in themselves too.

Having only left sixth form this year enables me to really understand the environment in which students are in and I feel I am aware of the learning principles and exam board specs - which therefore allows me to remain current and up to date with examination styles and question styles.

About the lesson

Qualifications:
Spanish GCSE: Grade 8
Spanish A level: B

My priority when teaching is always to ensure that the lesson space is friendly and safe. I want you to get the most out of it in terms of not only knowledge, but also in having fun!

I have been tutoring for 2 years and have been tutoring Spanish for around a year now.
I would love to find a way to help you learn in a way that enables you to really enjoy it and also get some superb grades at the end! I am open to tutoring in a way that matches your needs and if you're not sure how that is, we can work it out together :)

Typically the lessons are an hour long and my preferred method is using the exam board spec to create a unique lesson plan that meets the needs of the individual. I try to make it as interactive as possible and as fun as it can be.

Megan was super helpful in tutoring me for my Spanish GCSE mocks which helped me go from a grade 4 to a grade 7 at my mocks in the weekly lessons I have had from her since September.
