About Natalie
My name is Natalie, and I'm a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, based in Abu Dhabi currently. I have experience with pregnant and post-natal ladies, clients with a range of injuries, and limited mobility, overweight clients, and those who are fighting fit but just lack some motivation! I love helping get the best out of my clients, and seeing them transform, not just in their body shape, but how they feel.

First, I will ask you your goals, how you usually like to train, your experience etc, so I know what kind of programme for you. My clients have a range of situations and goals, so I am used to everything! Then, I will start by leading a warm-up, so you're ready to train! In the sessions I will walk you through each exercise, making sure that you're confident when you yourself perform them. We will do roughly 5-8 exercises, depending on the type of training, followed by a cool-down. Finally, I will cool-down with you, and check-in, seeing what you enjoyed, how your body feels, and what you'd like to do next time.
