I am currently in college at CU Boulder and love to learn, kick it with my friends, and be outdoors. I see every day in my business classes how essential it is to have a solid understanding of mathematical principles and functions. Not only can I offer assistance in teaching concepts, I can offer insight into how they apply to future coursework and real world scenarios.

I have found that everyone learns and executes math in different ways and I pride myself on finding ways to explain concepts that cater to a students particular learning style. Learning math is not a binary, set in stone path and I base my teaching around this principle. I begin my lessons by covering the basic concepts of a topic so that the student understands the process behind it, not just how to replicate the answer for a couple questions. I have found this is beneficial to the long term retention of the information and application to further concepts.
