I want to create a safe and open learning environment where my students feel comfortable asking questions and getting answers wrong and we learn from it. There is no pressure to be the best, we are nothing more than trying to build the student. I want to learn as much from the student as they are from me, so I will consolidate our learning with exam practice so I can see if the student has picked up on all the key information and has a solid understanding but also to ensure I explain it in a way which they understand.
