About Sally

As an experienced tutor and student, I know I can inspire curiosity in a topic. This often results in sincere interest, diligence and excellent results from the pupil. My pupils thus far have always achieved a minimum of 2 grades higher than predicted.
I love teaching others and making it as relevant, fun and accessible as possible. This can involve games and YouTube videos, as well as homework! I am also comfortable in designing my own lesson materials to the specifics of exam board criteria- crucial to gain the few extra marks that makes the difference between grades.
I am willing to teach several different topics (as well as advise generally on uni applications and personal statements) in one session, as well as tailor session lengths and frequency to suit you. Above all, I hope to be a calm and reassuring tutor, who firmly believes that hard work can achieve anything.
