My subjects are aimed at High School and First Year University and teach at an English native language level. I aim to teach by meeting a student where they are in the subject matter, setting the missing foundation, and uplifting them further. I also teach other skills such as time management, help with coping with exam stress, and working collaboratively to reach a goal. Before a lesson starts, I like to get a feel for where you are in your understanding and may ask you questions or have you perform a short quiz to gauge where you are. Then, we will start by filling in where there are misunderstandings, giving practice work and helping with preparing for formal assessment. Communication is key, and through collaboration, we can help you reach your academic goals!
