Hello! I'm Nisha, an engineer and Supply Chain Manager with over seven years of experience in the FMCG manufacturing industry. Alongside my professional career, I've always enjoyed solving mathematical problems and explaining complex concepts in a simple, intuitive way.
In my professional role, I've led large teams, worked on process optimization, inventory management, SAP systems, and productivity improvement projects. These experiences allow me to connect classroom concepts with real-world applications, making learning more engaging and meaningful.
I enjoy teaching because education has the power to change lives. Helping a student solve a challenging problem, improve their grades, prepare for an important exam, or gain confidence in their abilities is incredibly rewarding. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing at their own pace.
