About Tamilla
I am a very professional and well educated tutor. I take learning and the development of others very seriously. I am very passionate about maths and want to show students that maths is more than just a subject that whilst it is important to get a good grade in this subject for further education, you have to love it and this is what I try to show students whilst teaching. I understand that students all have their own pace in learning and am well aware of different abilities so I try to teach in a way that all students will enjoy, plus progress in.

The way I teach is that I first provide the student with random questions that have different educational levels in order to see what level the student is currently at. After that, I provide the student with questions equivalent to their current level but increase the difficulty gradually to take the student a bit out of their comfort zone. I don't only provide one method for each question but use different methods in order for the student to find out what is the best way of approach for them. I used to teach maths for Year 6 students, preparing them for SAT's and currently have a pass rate of 100%. My lessons are mostly for primary school students but I do also teach Year 7 students.
