I have been practicing yoga for 5 years and a year ago completed my first 250 hr Yoga Teacher Training. Yoga has the power to transform your mindset and body. As well as teaching yoga I am a student at Durham University, reading anthropology.

I make sure my classes are welcoming and adapted to the person I am teaching. I am a certified yoga teacher. I graduated in 2020 and have enjoyed teaching one to one classes since. My Yoga Teacher Training is recognised by the Yoga Alliance. A typical lesson is about 45 minutes.
