About Lydia
I'm an extroverted person, and have many interests that allow me to connect with students, and make them feel comfortable sharing what they don't understand or what they have trouble with. Before tutoring, I was a babysitter, and slowly incorporated tutoring over time. I'm attending college majoring in economics. I speak Cantonese and English.

My teaching methods revolve around what teaching style suits the student best. I usually use the beginning lessons to try different teaching techniques and see what the student likes best. My typical lesson plan includes the basic coverage of the topics they need help in, and then go into specifics on what they don't understand. I typically teach students that are in elementary, intermediate, and high school. The topics I teach are arithmetic and algebra, statistics, pre-calc, and Calculus 1. I typically tutor on google meet.
