About Lauren
I have many years of experience as a tutor. When I was in high school I would volunteer three days a week tutoring my peers and students in grades below me. My teachers inspired me to continue tutoring as a university student because I had a natural talent for explaining things in a way that people could visualize and understand. I have been tutoring since and am passionate about helping others understand concepts that they never thought they would.

I use multiple mediums to engage my students and help them really understand what they are learning. For physics that sometimes means jumping in elevators to understand momentum or building paper airplanes to understand resistance. Each lesson is tailored to the student and their learning style and is meant to push them to meet their full potential. I typically tutor elementary school students, but have tutored up to grade 12 in all subjects (excluding history).
