About Poonguzhali
Passionate Yoga instructor with more than a year of experience designing beginner and intermediate yoga classes. In November 2020, I completed a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and gained a thorough understanding of yoga postures, breathing methods, and spiritual factors. I began taking online yoga sessions in December 2020 and have continued to do so to this day. Yoga is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and a route to self-realization, and I love sharing it with my students.

-Based on the student's experience and limits, I teach both group and one-on-one sessions.
-Take a look at several types of yoga, such as Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
-Each class will be structured, with a conditioning, warm-up, postures, and a relaxing mediation at the end.
-For total beginners, the classes will be beginner-friendly.
-Backbends, arm balancing, forward bending, hip openers, and more styles of classes are available.
-On top of that, each and every class will be primarily focused on body, mind, and breath coordination.
