the reason that pushes me to share my knowledge is first of all out of passion for sport but especially in the world of fitness also for the gratifying feeling that one has at the end of a transformation of weight gain or weight loss but also to acquire even more experience in relation to the nutrition course that I followed and as Émile Zola said: passion is still what best helps to live (sport)

About the lesson

My lessons are personalized according to you so any age and level is invited
