About Natalia
My path to coaching wasn't straightforward. I spent 16 years navigating my own metabolic health struggles, including liver dysfunction, thyroid issues, and weight that wouldn't budge no matter what I tried. Doctors kept telling me my labs were "normal" while I felt anything but. I nearly took shortcuts I would have regretted.
Instead, I did the hard work. Fixed the fundamentals. And now, in my mid-40s, I feel better than I did in my 30s.
That experience shapes everything about how I coach. I understand what it's like to feel dismissed by the medical system, to try everything and get nowhere, to wonder if your body is just broken. It isn't. It's responding to something, and finding that something is where real change begins.
Before health coaching, I spent nearly two decades in corporate finance, progressing to Director level across multiple countries. I know what it's like to manage your health around a demanding career, constant travel, and business dinners. I don't offer advice that only works if you have perfect conditions. I help you build strategies that work in the chaos.
My approach is science-backed, individualised, and realistic. No meal plans you'll abandon in a week. No piles of supplements. No fear-mongering. Just clear, practical guidance tailored to your body, your life, and your goals.

I don't do cookie-cutter meal plans or rigid rules you'll abandon in three weeks.
After spending over a decade navigating my own metabolic health challenges, being dismissed by doctors, and nearly taking shortcuts I would have regretted, I learnt something important: sustainable change comes from understanding YOUR body, not following someone else's formula.
My coaching is built on fixing fundamentals first. Not expensive testing, not piles of supplements, not wellness trends that work for influencers but wreck YOUR metabolism. We focus on what actually moves the needle: nutrition that fits your real life, movement you'll maintain, sleep optimisation, and stress management that works with your schedule.
For clients on GLP-1 medications, I offer something most coaches don't: a clear exit strategy. These medications can be powerful tools, but they don't fix metabolic health on their own. I help you build the foundation so you're not dependent on medication forever, and so the weight doesn't come straight back when you stop.
Every session is collaborative. We look at what's working, what isn't, and adjust. I translate complex health information into clear actions you can actually take, even when life is chaotic.
My approach combines behavioural coaching with evidence-based metabolic health principles:
We start with a comprehensive Health Foundation Assessment where I get to know your history, your challenges, your lifestyle constraints. No judgement, just information.
From there, we build YOUR roadmap. Not a plan I've given to a hundred other people. Specific tactics tailored to your biology, your schedule, your goals.
Sessions include practical nutrition guidance (what to eat at business dinners, how to navigate travel, making protein work for your preferences), movement strategies that fit your life, and accountability that keeps you moving forward without shame when things get messy.
For GLP-1 clients specifically, I focus on preserving muscle mass, optimising nutrition on lower appetite, and systematically building habits that will sustain your results long after medication.
I'm eating disorder informed, which means I understand the difference between someone who needs structure and someone who needs to heal their relationship with food first. We won't do anything that triggers old patterns.
