About Kinga
I love accompanying people in change, inspiring them, broadening their perspectives, and discovering their talents, resources and opportunities together.

My strongest talents, Development and Harmony, help me support others, see and appreciate even the smallest signs of development or change, while increasing well-being. My next talents are Responsibility, Courage and Charm, which translate into quickly establishing relationships with clients and boldly reaching for solutions and responsibility for the entire process.

What might our journey together look like?
Let's talk about where you are and where you would like to be (if you don't know, that's okay too!).
We will check what you are carrying in your backpack, what will be useful for your further journey (resources, experiences, supportive beliefs), what we can get rid of (unsupportive thoughts) and what is worth adding (better self-knowledge, skills, knowledge).
We will equip you with the necessary things through conversations, exercises and/or tests, literature if you like, and we will create an action plan
You will decide whether you will continue your journey alone with a backpack full of resources, or whether you will receive support.
I like to work with a solution-based style, which means setting a goal and usually 5 full coaching sessions to achieve it.
