About Maryne
I am 31 years old and I am a supportive parenting coach and psycho-emotional coach, but also a mother of two boys aged 12 and 5. My oldest child has autism and ADHD, and I discovered my own ADHD diagnosis at age 27.
I took a Behavioral and Dialectic Therapy (DBT) a few years ago which allowed me to understand and calm my impulsivity and marked the beginning of my interest in emotional regulation and the practice of mindfulness. .
I trained at the ARE Institute (Respectful Support of the Child) as well as at the EFPP. I continue to train in psychology as well as Ericksonian hypnosis to enrich my accompaniments.

You are a (hyper) sensitive mother and you would like to live your parenthood more serenely. However despite your knowledge and readings on "benevolent" / "positive" parenting, you find that your emotions remain very difficult to control. You may KNOW, your autopilot comes back in spite of all your good will ....
This is where I come in, I am a supportive parenting coach and certified psycho-emotional coach and I helps you (through individual or group support) to get rid of these automatisms by giving you the keys to better understand and regulate your own emotional functioning as well as that of your child (ren).
We will come back to the BASICS of the EMOTIONS theme and we will explore your hypersensitivity. We will do in-depth work to allow you to get rid of these automatisms which still push you to switch to the balance of power. Thanks to our discussions and the emotional regulation exercises that I will give you, you will learn to:
- Identify, name, describe your emotions (EMOTIONAL SYSTEM)
- Identify the triggers of your emotional outbursts [N ] - Understand the impact of your thoughts on your emotions (COGNITIVE SYSTEM)
- Become aware of the influence that your thoughts have on your behavior (BEHAVIORAL SYSTEM)
- Develop your observation capacity to feel ride the emotional waves and defuse the "time bomb" effect
- Set up different points in case of emergency, crisis situation, so as not to fall into educational violence.
- Understand how it works of your automatisms and know how to deactivate them.
- Identify your needs, connect to them and find the appropriate strategy to fulfill them.
- Transform your guilt!
- Change the way you look at your sensitivity and neuroatypism (ADHD, High Potential)

- Understanding your child's behavior by identifying hidden needs
- Suggesting strategies adapted to your child to express their emotions and fulfill their needs using adapted and concrete tools.
- Support your child in their emotions without having to silence or ignore yours.
- Become aware of your child's REAL capacities in relation to his stage of development, to have REALISTIC expectations
