About Marielle
Lucid dreaming is when you're aware that you're dreaming while inside the dream. This could lead to deep insight into who you are, strengthen your presence of mind and creativity, as well as counteract nightmares and make any experience you could possibly think of possible.
I've been interested in the subject for many years, read books about it, discussed it at length in forums and watched videos, while keeping my own dream diary, which now includes over 100 lucid dreams.
This is a very personal experience so I can't claim to be an expert overall, and especially not one of your own dreams. But I've developed quite a bit of knowledge about a lot of the mistakes and different ways people go about having their own lucid dreams. It would be a pleasure to help you start or continue on your own lucid dreaming journey.

Since this is a very personal subject, we'll have to look at your own experiences and go from there. This could include things like how many dreams you remember per night or week, how much sleep you get and when you need to wake up for the day. Based on this, we'll come up with a plan with personal goals, reality checks, stabilisation techniques and more.
