About Luís
I'm from Coimbra, but I consider myself a citizen of the world, because I've traveled a little more than I expected through volunteering and Erasmus+, but I currently live in Guimarães.
I've never been an exemplary student, not that proud, but I say this with the intention of mentioning that I am Multipotential. I am a person with a lot of interests, sometimes too much, who deepens my knowledge in the areas that interest me.
So, I got tired of the subjects very easily, not because I didn't know, I knew all the material. But when I got tired, I ended up demotivated and it seemed like I didn't know.
Later, still taking the Design & Multimedia course, I joined several associations and projects that allowed me to explore many areas such as:
. Leadership
. Team Management
. Event Management
. Career Management
. Formation
. Creativity
. Consulting
. Strategy
. Social Networks
. Branding
. Marketing
. Among so many others
I became what they call today the "Swiss Army Knife" and everything is fine!
When entering the market it was very difficult to understand what I wanted and I even worked in some companies, that welcomed me and realized that it would possibly tire me.
So they challenged me and created specific positions for me because they knew it would add value to the company!
Still, I ended up realizing that my path would be "alone", as a freelancer.
Today, I'm here to talk to you and I have all the skills to help you in any area you need, from training and career management!
My services are varied, and generally focused on continuous improvement and strategic consulting.

I use a 5-point methodology that works for everyone.
Processes will always be different, so you won't just be "one more"
These 5 points are made up of:
1. List of 25 personal tasks (3 phases), answering the questions:
. What gives you the most pleasure in your daily life?
. What do you know how to do really well?
. What things would you like to know/learn to do?
Sort this list in order of preference of what you like best or would like to invest in in the near future
Reduce the list to the first 15 points

2. Planning
. Who are you? Let's align the 15 points to the person you are and what you need to do to make it work
3. Goals
. Here we will understand what is possible to do in 3 months and design the plan for 6 months
. Tasks required for this to work
. Obstacles that will appear VS Opportunities
4. Exhibition + Deconstruction of the route
. Let's think about social networks that make sense (Linkedin, Behance, Instagram, Facebook, etc...)
. Understand how to build a CV / Presentation / Motivation Letter
. How to introduce other people/companies
5. Materialization of all that was made
. Everything that has been done will see the light of day and there will start to results :)
