About François
I am an engineer-manager in IT and innovation. Nothing to do with music ... which does not prevent me from being passionate about electronic music prodiction and practicing it for more than 5 years now.
I learned electronic music production by myself but I have a strong musical background: I studied music theory for 7 years and took 11 years of classical and then electric guitar lessons before starting.
I think I have a lot to bring to a beginner!
I master FL Studio and Audiotool (free but complete and well-suited for beginners).

Autor of the blog "M.A.O. Nation" ( French for "Electronic Music Production Nation"), I help people passionnate about electronic music getting started.
→ I will teach you how to get started in music production for free with no specific equipment if you want to.
→ Week after week I will teach you the following skills :

> Music theory and composition
> Sound Design
> Mixing
> Mastering
> Marketing / Promotion
→ I'll help you avoiding useless spedings by teaching you to invest in new equipment only when you really need to.
→ I'll focus on learning by doing and will keep theory to the minimum needed in order to make you progress enjoyable and to facilitate rapid skills acquisition.
Courses will be held by Skype or any other software of your choice allowing to share screen.
After the course I'll send you a short summary of what we talked about as well as some extra usefull ressources.
