Together, we will create a workout plan, nutrition plan, and self-care regimen to align mind, body and soul. There will be daily motivational messages and weekly check-ins to keep you on track. After all, we can make a difference individually, but together we can make change.

Plant based certified personal trainer and holistic coach committed to working with and transforming all bodies. My focus is wellness of the whole body, mind and spirit and returning the body back to its natural state.
I offer both indivdiual and group sessions, in person and virtually. My gym membership is through YouFit and it comes with a guest pass each visit. I can travel to any gym you're affiliated with as well. I also offer virtual and non-gym workouts; I will bring all necessary equipment.
My ultimate goal is to share the same passion and love I have for health and wellness with you, so you may then live your truth and make that same impact on you.
The first session will be an assessment where I gather what your goals, see if energy aligns and determine we can best work together. All skill levels and body goals are welcome.
Amara and I met 8 years ago while serving in the Army. Since then she’s always been a great friend and someone I could look up to. She’s motivating and inspires me to take care of my body. I started working out with Amara last year on Zoom every Saturday at 9am est. I love how authentic she is when she shows up. She checks in with everyone to see how they’re feeling and let’s the group know if she’s sore or tight in one area from her dedication to fitness outside of her Zoom sessions. The level of push she gives us is phenomenal. For every exercise she has a modification, and her classes are appropriate for all levels. Her energy is amazing! She makes working out fun and educational with telling us the benefits of the exercise or stretch we may be doing. Amara is interpersonal and full of knowledge. She knows her stuff because she studies it and puts the work in herself.
Amara has been my trainer for about 5 months now. When I began working out with her I was a complete novice. I knew I wanted to be in better shape, but I had no idea where to start. I work out with Amara several times each week and I can visibly see my progress. I have seen the muscles form and how my strength has improved. Amara is a pro; she works with me at my pace but pushes me to be better and to go harder in every workout. It has certainly paid off!
