About Grace
Hi, I'm Grace.
I'm a certified Meditation Teacher, certified Pilates Instructor, and have completed university-level study in psychology, well-being, research methods, and philosophy.
My passion lies in helping people build lives that feel intentional, balanced, and fulfilling. I believe the most important relationship we'll ever have is the one we have with ourselves. When we strengthen that relationship, we naturally begin to approach every area of life differently—from our health and confidence to our relationships, work, and daily choices.
My background in Pilates has reinforced the powerful connection between the mind and body, which is why I take a holistic approach to coaching. By combining psychology-informed principles, mindfulness, movement, and practical habit-building, my goal is to help you create sustainable change that supports both your well-being and the future you want to build.
