About Jonathan
Many learners hit a wall when trying to bridge the gap between textbook grammar and natural, fluent conversation. Imagine sitting across from a colleague and delivering a presentation with total clarity and no hesitation.
I solve this by integrating a mandatory homework module with feedback after every class. This allows us to track your progress on presentation skills and interview preparation precisely. Supporting newcomers and learners is why I continue to teach after 7 years of practice in the classroom. My life has been spent moving between French and English environments, and I have now successfully taught 446 students. Having earned a Licence from Laval and a CELTA, I provide a clear foundation for those struggling with English grammar or business communication.
I often work with absolute beginners who are just finding their footing, as well as business travellers needing quick results. My background in Quebec City helps me relate to the challenges of learning a new language. I focus on pronunciation, accent reduction, and the tricky world of phrasal verbs.
It is important to me that you feel comfortable during our interactions. I maintain a patient environment where mistakes are seen as part of the process. I hope to help you find your rhythm soon.
