About Sophia
I’m 13 years old, a Level 7 gymnast, and I’ve won at States — that means I’ve competed under pressure, worked hard, and come out on top. I understand gymnastics techniques well because I train regularly and know what it takes to improve form, strength, and confidence. My experience means I can guide younger kids through both basics and more advanced skills with insight. I bring passion, dedication, and a proven competitive mindset to help others reach their gymnastics goals.

In my gymnastics lessons, I focus on building strong fundamentals while keeping things fun and safe. I teach kids step by step, making sure they feel confident before moving on to harder skills. I also include stretching, strength, and balance exercises to help improve flexibility and prevent injuries. Most importantly, I encourage kids to believe in themselves and celebrate every bit of progress they make, no matter how small.
