About Dulani
I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, educator, athletic coordinator, and coach with years of experience working with youth and adults through movement, athletics, and wellness. My background allows me to approach yoga differently—I understand both performance and mindfulness. I believe everyone should be treated like an athlete, regardless of age, ability, or experience level. Through Dauntless Source, I have led yoga and mindfulness experiences in schools, community spaces, churches, wellness events, and performance settings. My teaching style is welcoming, professional, culturally authentic, and encouraging. My goal is simple: help people move with greater intention, build confidence in their bodies, and develop practices they can actually use in everyday life.

My yoga and mindfulness lessons are designed for real people—not just experienced yogis. I combine movement, breathwork, mobility, mindfulness, and my background in athletics and coaching to create an approachable practice for all experience levels. Whether you want to improve flexibility, reduce stress, move better, or simply create space to breathe, each session meets you where you are. Expect an encouraging, judgment-free environment where progress matters more than perfection. You do not have to be flexible to practice yoga—you just have to be willing to start. Breathe.
