About Melissa
I am an Osteopath by trade, have studied kinesiology, psychology and also have a background in athletics and coaching. I have been helping people with their health and wellness for years and now also coach people on how to do the inner work to heal themselves and radically change their mindset so they can live a more happy life, not limited by their internal state.

I work with people 1:1 over zoom where we dive deep into getting to know who you are and where your blocks are. I go through a series of questions with you, teach you, and guide you to the answers yourself, to help you remove the clutter that is preventing you from moving towards your desired goals. Each session is also paired with exercises and tools to be used each week to help practice the things we talk about and integrate the changes you're working towards.

I can do individual coaching calls but what I offer that is much more beneficial and transformative is a 4 month coaching program where you have access to me beyond the 75 minute calls we do. And access to exercises/worksheets that help you practice what we go through. This allows us to dive deeper to make real lasting change.
