About Charmyse
Sometimes the first note feels like a leap into the dark. I admit that I still get nervous before a big gig, and that is perfectly okay. We will build a personalized song list built around each student's range to ensure you never strain or force your natural tone. We can explore belting technique, head and chest voice, or complex harmony singing depending on your needs.
My lessons draw on my background to refine your diction and articulation for any genre. I hope you will come by for a session soon.

Singing is a full body workout that requires total honesty. After 13 years of gigging the chanson circuit and working with 194 students, I understand that the voice is an instrument of habit.
I draw on 13 years of experience to help intermediate learners and teens find their true resonance. Whether you are performing in a musical theater production or just singing at home, your goals dictate our path. My background as a self-taught Québécois performer informs how I approach vocal health, breathing control, and microphone technique. I am excited to see where we can take your sound.
